Product Description

This explosion-proof water filtration dust collector utilizes a centrifugal water mist filtration tank to cool high-temperature dust. Residual fine particles are then captured by a secondary high-efficiency filter. Combined with explosion-proof grade components, it achieves the goals of preventing dust explosions, eliminating combustion risks, and providing high-efficiency filtration. It is ideal for explosive, low-ignition point, or high-temperature powders such as those from polishing, grinding, drilling, and cutting of aluminum and magnesium alloys. With filtration down to 0.1μm (micron), it supports 24-hour operation to ensure employee health and workplace safety.

  • Optional Explosion-Proof Equipment (Explosion-proof motors, solenoid valves, diaphragm valves, electrical boxes, control panels, connectors, and cabling).
  • The water filtration tank is constructed from polished SUS304 stainless steel. Its smooth finish is easy to clean and meets the corrosion-resistant, acid-alkali resistant, and explosion-proof requirements of food and pharmaceutical plants.
  • Yu-Chang nano-membrane filters have passed ASHRAE testing, reaching MERV 16 grade (HEPA equivalent). The exhausted air meets cleanroom standards.
