Product Description

Utilizing vacuum negative-pressure conveying, the CS-350 is capable of transporting various powders and granules such as food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology materials,carbon fiber, fly ash, activated carbon, and other granular materials. It can discharge materials into vibrating sifters, mixers, jumbo bags, and other equipment, and can be configured as part of a central dust collection system. This system also significantly reduces manual handling costs.

• Nano membrane filter tested by ASHRAE, achieving MERV 16 rating, equivalent to HEPA grade.
• Suitable for conveying ultra-fine powders and high-density granules.

• High-pressure air jet filter cleaning design prevents clogging.
• PET pleated or PE tubular filter cartridges are available and suitable for sticky powders.
• Filter cartridges are washable and reusable, with filtration efficiency down to 0.1μm.
• Constructed with SUS#304 stainless steel, featuring smooth internal and external surfaces that resist material adhesion and are easy to clean.
• The top cover is equipped with quick-release clamps and silicone sealing; the discharge valve is also made of SUS#304 stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning.
• Optional full-level detection switch and weighing discharge function are available.
